Spalted "Funnel" Bowl
This bowl was turned from some of my favorite spalted birch! The shape is a bit unusual for me, with an inward flowing curve. The shape is enhanced with some decorative bands at regular intervals. The wood is really exceptional with lots of color and interest. This is a great size and shape for a fruit bowl in particular, but it can also be used to serve hot or cold foods or use it to snack on popcorn at the couch!
