Spalted Birch Bowl with Raised Bead
This is a really exceptional piece of spalted birch! This tree was dying on the hill right by the shop so I cut it down and aged it to encourage the spalting to continue creating a beautiful pattern of colors and contrast. The raised bead on the exterior of the bowl makes it easy to carry while adding visual interest. A truly unique piece that's beautiful and functional!
