This bowl was turned from local cherry then hand carved and painted. The wood is from nearby. A tree I cut down for a friend where it was threatening to fall in to his studio and blocking the sun from hitting the garden. A great size for salads for a few guests, for use as a fruit bowl or for resting on one’s tummy and eating popcorn from.
