Handforged Chef's Knife with Maple and Walnut Handle
This chef’s knife was forged by hand from durable, high carbon steel. The handle is made from beautiful curly maple and walnut. This is a good general purpose kitchen knife and is also well suited to carving up a turkey or other meatstuffs. This blade is not stainless steel, but high carbon steel which will take on a lovely patina with use. It will hold a great edge while still being easy to sharpen. It needs just a little more care than mass produced stainless knives, and care instructions are included.
