Hand Carved Salad Servers
These salad servers were carved by hand using tools I forged myself from a tree I cut down right by the shop. The wood is birch with a bit of spalting. This tree had become diseased, so it was felled and milled up for lumber while small pieces like this became spoons or other items. Milk paint adds some pop to some already pretty material.
