This spoon has an unusually large handle and big bowl for getting to the bottom of big pots when you’re making a large volume of soup or something similar. I use mine when I’m cooking up big batches of tomatoes for canning. It’s hand carved using tools I forged myself from a tree that we had to trim just outside my shop. The colors are a cool and clean combination that reminds me of winter and also a clean kitchen in the afternoon or morning sun.
