Cherry Eating and Serving Spoon

I carved this spoon from a bit of cherry that fell in the field across from my home. This cherry is nice and dense, quite a bit heavier than most that I work with. It has some nice figure and a bit of sapwood for visual interest. The bowl is a bit larger than the average eating spoon, but still appropriate for most folks. Great as a serving or stirring spoon too.
