I’ve been making this design for a few years now and it’s a favorite. I love the look from different angles and even viewed from the bottom it’s really something. This color combination is really striking too. The pale blue with cherry really pops, both on the darker red heartwood and the sapwood which give the interior a lot of contrast and visual interest. It’s a great addition to the table as a fruit bowl and makes for an awesome salad bowl for entertaining. A crack along the rim has been patched and stabilized. You may not notice but just so there aren’t any surprises, it’s there.
